Ella's Special Friends

Just a note today to honor one of my bea-t-ful cousins.  

This is Jazmine -  totally ESS.

Jaz is bilingual. I kid you not! 

 Sigh, my parents didn't start with Spanish when I was a child.

Jaz has a lovely home life as well. Toys and Treats galore!

She does suffer occasional Springer  moods.

As a victim myself - I feel your pain sista.

Jaz has a fine fishing life in the summer - she loves the high country.

 She also loves parties and all festive occasions.

Jaz has a closet full of designer collars, too! Her mom makes them!

February in the Desert

So you think our desert landscape might be boring about now?  Not in my friend's friends backyard garden!

 

I went over for lemons but I came home with broccoli and cauliflower! Her winter garden has lettuce, herbs, onions and garlic and loads of other stuff I am forgetting!  It is just terrific!

Lynn always grows lots of flowers but this is her first year growing all these veggies.

 What a success!

Here she is with her prolific lemon tree!  (I think the lemons may grow even without her expertise!)

And of course Jazmine would like to have the last word...
