Dreaming of a Cool Summer Dress

I saw this dress made up at a  local quilt store. The fabric used was quilter's cotton. Although so pretty , the pattern calls out for cotton  lawn or something light  with more flow or drape. 

Shocking - I found a little  at  the Big Box store. - Lisette is the manufacturer's name.  Click the link for their nice looking  cotton lawn.

I did  tweak one thing after I snapped  the picture. 

Upon my daughter's suggestion!!!!

She suggested I rush up the top of the sleeves. Know what? That was an excellent idea.
  I'll attempt to model this little number later.
