Warm Fuzzies

Oh my gosh...we can wear sweaters and boots this week. Here is my own cowl - I've made two of these for a friend in Seattle. (Christina can really use a warm cowl.)  I was inspired by the cowl  posted on Betsy's blog. Thanks Betsy!    The free pattern is called "Wham Bam Thank You Lamb."

I went to a little knit shop downtown (actually can't really recommend the shop)  to find the shawl pins. A terribly disorganized place but great pins.

Ahhh....this last week was my birthday and I really enjoyed it. Yoga girls took me to breakfast at Kiss the Cook.   I chose a girl's party this year because my friend Art had such a great family party --we would have repeated the guest list. We left our guys at home and  wined and dinned at Fleming's....yum!
