Felines demand a blog post!

This is a kitty tent I made a while back. Pictured sleeping is Q, who was a feral cat. He adopted our neighbor, Eddie, several years ago. He was discovered hiding under Ed's built-in BBQ (hence the name "Q"). Little by little Eddie tempted and pampered Q with kindness and food. Finally after months, Q crept into Ed 's house. The resident cat Blackie soon accepted Q. He is still shy with strangers but has lots of personality. (He bosses Ed around!) Q used to hide when I babysit. Now he likes me and allows brushing and scratching. He is a sturdy and handsome guy!The final picture is the newest kitty, Poco. Last year, our friend Leslie found him on a dirt road in Rocky Point. Frail, sick and tiny he melted her heart. She took him for a check up and brought him home but he did not fit in well with her other bossy, girl cats. (We blame language and gender issues.) He had to hide from those taunting girls. Not a good life. At that time he was known as "Gray Kitty".

Around this time Eddie lost his older cat, Blackie. After a mourning period for Q - our committee suggested that "Gray Kitty" come visit Ed.
An adoption and name change soon followed. Poco now has a heavenly life with plenty of food, toys, beds, a human and an older brother! Q grooms and plays with Poco. There are all kinds of funny stories about Poco's wild antics! He is really beautiful now - what a change.
However Poco's use of the tent mystifies me! Maybe there is no translation for tent?

What beauties. Good work on the tents. Poco probably had enough camping out in Mexico. So nice to know they all have happy days now

Poco is just trying to get on top of things...as it were.
